While the hotel has a great exterior and some potential, my experience was disappointing due to various maintenance and dining issues. The room cleanliness and service behavior need significant improvement. Additionally, the food options lacked variety, and the construction noise was a constant annoyance during our stay.

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. On the plus side, the variety in the restaurant was a pleasant surprise, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout. However, the dining experience was let down by repetitive food offerings and uncomfortable beds. Additionally, communication with staff was challenging, and there were aspects of the hammam service that were concerning. Overall, while I noticed some positives, the experience could use considerable improvement.
